When I first saw this online I thought it was just another cheap gimmick to get my money. BOY WAS I WRONG! When I received it and tried it, my mind was immediately changed. Though it is made to be used on your thigh, I actually mounted it on my lower leg just under my knee and it worked better for me. This is not a cheap product. It is tight and made to last. I do not knw who designed this but they are a genius. I will be ordering more for Christmas gifts.

I first ordered your stand on 10/11/20 (#1184). So far I have only used it on my table, to hold the phone while we zoom with our grandsons. I'm really impressed by the strength of the gooseneck! And the phone holder has a great spring on it, making it easy to get the phone into and out of the holder. Congratulations on creating such a cleverly designed tool!
I have two questions:
My second order (#1212) was made on 12/7/20. I received it on 12/14/20, but then another was delivered the next day. The outer label also said it was #1212. I didn't pay for two holders, so I need to know if you would like me to return it to you.
I had the idea to donate a holder, which is why I purchased a second one on 12/7/20. Can you suggest any places that would accept new, unopened holders? I would like to give them to people who must use a wheelchair.

I really enjoy using the Simplyhold.
It has a very sturdy gooseneck, and the leg strap is secure and comfortable. It solidly holds a ~1lb Lenovo Duet Chromebook as a tablet without sagging while seated.
I find it comfortable to use the touchscreen from a couch or chair with an armrest, even for extended periods. The only improvements I invision are adding a small magnetic or velcro attached weighted base that you could leave on a night stand or desk, for added stability when using with a small tablet or e-reader, and 2) the ability to fold/lock 90 deg at the base mount fitting for the gooseneck, to make it easy to transition from sitting to standing without much adjustment. Listing the thread/pitch for the gooseneck screw base in the ads and literature would also be nice.

It's not very stable on the leg. To get it stable you have to tighten it really tight which is hard and uncomfortable. It is stable in the left-right direction but not forward-backward. Needs to be "taller"/"deeper"

My review is for the use of the Simply Hold on my 30mmt bus commute. I have to say I love the quality of this device. I have used similar items in the past but none compare to the high grade material used in this one. You can tell they have pride in what they do. Ok so one thing I should point out is that I'm on a bus thats shaking throughout the commute and that in itself is annoying. When I first used Simply Hold I was a bit disappointed because it swayed around too much. That was fix by me turning the thigh holster around so the name of the product is facing away from me. The reason why this works better at least in my experience is due to the weight of the gooseneck is closer to you. Also the stability drastically changes when the adjustable strap is closer to my inner thighs. Now I enjoy watching Netflix or texting a lot more comfortable. I would definitely rec

I never leave reviews, but I'm so excited about this that I don't even know what part to talk about first. Probably the fact that this was SO EASY to put together. I almost didn't even need to look up the instructions. As someone that hates assembly of any type, I couldn't be happier as it took about 30 seconds and 3 steps. High quality, essential for anyone.
Was skeptical about making the purchase. After receiving and using the Simplyhold now for a few weeks I can’t live without it. Materials are high quality and it’s simple to assemble and breaks down easy for packing. This has so many uses for travel, when working out on the rowing machine, even use it in the car to position the tablet between two fighting kids so it’s fairly in the middle for long rides! I’m not a fan of gadgets, but this one has so many uses the possibilities are endless.

Great for a plane!
I almost never write reviews. But this product was so great, I had to share. I recently took a flight to Mexico and used my SimplyHold on the plane. I was worried it would be tough to pack and assemble. But it ended up being easy to fit in my backpack, and I assembled it in less than a minute when I got on the plane. Wow. Me and my wife use this product throughout the day and love it. I have especially been using it when I learn songs on my guitar from YouTube videos. We FaceTime with both sets of our parents at least twice a day because they want to see our little kids, and this product has been able to free us up and allows the kids FaceTime with their grandparents without needing us to hold the phone. I bought this and gifted it to my dad (60+) who loves to read the news on his phone. Initially he was a bit skeptical to try it but once he used it, he was in Love! I started using SimplyHold when I would sit and scroll through my phone or watch videos so I wouldn’t have to bend my neck. Now I use it all the time, especially in bed. WOW! What a great product! This has helped me reduce my neck strain when using my phone. So easy to put on the leg, it fits like a sock! What a life saver & dual purpose phone holder for busy moms
My husband bought SimplyHold to alleviate neck strain while streaming videos and reading his kindle. But I’m using this convenient phone holder just as much! My goal for 2020 is to cook more meals at home and SimplyHold has helped me make that possible. It’s easy to watch (and rewind) cooking recipe videos on my phone since the phone holder stands on my kitchen counter. Also our kids occupy our tv on the weekends.
